A workshop with Patti Larsen

A couple of weeks ago, Patti Larsen gave a wonderful writing workshop for The Writers in Group (TWiG), in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Meeting weekly for over twenty years, it’s the oldest writing group in Charlottetown. Margôt’s been a member since 2011.

Patti writes Young Adult fiction, and is well known in the Kindle Direct Publishing (kdp) world. Find her at pattilarsen.com. Her brand is Purely Paranormal.

It was Patti who originally got Margôt thinking about the possibilities of ePub. Here they are at the writing workshop, a year after that initial inspiration.

Even more thanks is due to Patti, because she’s the brains behind the 2015 Prince Edward Island Author & Illustrator Festival. It’s November 7th, 10 to 4, in the University of Prince Edward Island’s Faculty Lounge.

There are 32 participants in the Fair, and 20 will read from their works as part of the event. The readings are at UPEI’s Robertson Library, which is a two-minute jaunt from the Faculty Lounge. Margôt reads at 12:30.
